Chris Evans appointed Chief Executive at MGM

MGM Assurance the long established mutual society has appointed Chris Evans as its new Chief Executive. 

Chris Evans has had extensive experience in the Financial Services market having spent a significant amount of time with Prudential plc where he held positions of increasing responsibility. In 1993 he was appointed Managing Director of Prudential Holborn where he led the UK IFA distribution business. In 1995 he became Managing Director of Prudential’s Thailand business for five years and in 1999 he launched a new continental European operating unit, Prudential Europe.
 
Since leaving the Prudential in 2002, Chris has spent three years working for HBOS Europe Financial Services and most recently for Mercer Human Resource Consulting, where he was Chief Executive of their Employee Benefits, Retirement Solutions and Benefits Outsourcing business.
