Sara Charman

Sara was appointed as an Executive Director of the Society in November 2006.
Sara joined MGM Advantage in 1988, and has worked her way up the organisation, gaining valuable skills and knowledge on the way by working in various areas of the Society. Her roles have included Pensions Manager, HR Manager, Director of Customer Services and Director of IT.

As Operations Director, Sara is responsible for Customer Services, Human Resources, IT and Resources Services.

In 2003, Sara was responsible for the introduction of the first MGM Advantage Customer Charter which demonstrates the Society’s commitment to customer satisfaction and offers an industry-leading £25, no quibble payment to any customer who feels we have broken our service promises.

Sara was responsible for a major transformation of the Society’s technology, with the introduction of a new policy administration system and supporting technology infrastructure.
