Geoff Shanks joined MGM Advantage in July 2009 as Chief Financial Officer and became an Executive Director in January 2010.

As a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Insurer, he is responsible for the investment, finance, actuarial, compliance and risk management functions.

Geoff joined MGM Advantage from Zurich Financial Services and he has extensive experience in the financial services sector, having also worked for Prudential, NatWest Life, Mercantile & General Re and the Fairfax Group.
